"Life is Good.Live It"
Here it is again, comes around once per year this time every single year without a skipping a beat, the marking of the date of my birth.
What was once viewed with such joy and expectations of the gifts, parties and attention, now is viewed with apprehension and dread of the aches, pains and stress that come with each new day.
At the half way point now, I like to take the time to both reflect on the glories of the past, the thrill of the present and the hope for the future.
Like most people I have made my share of both good and bad decisions in my youth (ok, ok, almost the entire first half of my life) but I have also made a couple of real great life choices. Twenty four years ago, I meet a young beautiful lady at work and asked her to marry me, much to my chagrin she said yes and started the best part of my life. This of course led to the next wonderful development, the birth of my Son some twenty years ago. He has developed into one of the finest young men I have had the pleasure to around. I am amazed every single day as he matures and takes responsibility for his life. He is in a relationship with another very outstanding beautiful young lady and I can only hope that they will share the same love and caring for each other as Kathy and I have. My only advice for them is to be patient and give their relationship the time and space that it needs to grow and flourish.
As for the present, I am in a job that I actually look forward to coming to work each and every day, I am loving what I do and the environment where I am doing it. I enjoy helping others achieve their goals of home ownership as a Realtor, I also enjoy helping the other Realtors in my office exceed their self imposed ceilings, to reach beyond their goals and expectations, being a part of others success is one of the greatest things to behold.
Ah, the future: My real estate business is on fire and looks to only grow busier with each passing day. The property management business is on track to meet the yearly goals. The training is grabbing the attention of our in house Realtors as well as notice from potential recruits to our office.
Kathy and I have moved into a new home that really meets our needs and we are looking forward to making it our own, with decorating and landscaping.
I am finally getting to the point where I can have some off time and get my five circles completed and in harmony.
So far it's been a Good Life and the future looks great for me, my family, my friends and clients.
Just keep in mind that Life really is Good so Live It.
