A New Beginning

   It is with great expectations that I enter into a new beginning with Exit Realty Northwest San Antonio. I will be training, doing Q.A for agents, Property Management, as well as continuing to offer exeptional service to my Residential Real Estate clients.

Our office is located at 7530 Bandera Rd. #110, on the corner of Bandera and Eckhert road. I feel that this will allow me to better service the northwest side of San Antonio. Since this encompasses the majority of my clients, it just made sense.

We are embarking on a very ambitious training program that offers 16 hours of free MCE classes to our Realtors,12 hours of free in- house training, and 4 hours dedicated to Brian Buffini's Referral Training. We are also attending the full day "Jeff Leob Technology Summit."

  As you can tell I am recharged and ready to take on all incomers. It's not to late to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit being offered to new home buyers and those that have not owned a home in the last three years. Mortgage rates are still very competitive, new home prices and incentives are fantastic, and pre-owned homes are priced to sell.
