Started by Wayne Marinik and Jaime Sepulveda, we gained our experience first by managing our own properties. We started with one single family home and soon realized we enjoyed the overall experience so much that we built our company around that passion.

Based on our own experiences, we learned to manage home properties for maximium return on a consistent basis. That means monitoring the market consistently to let you the owner know how your assett is performing. We also work to make sure all expenses are evaluated, not just the overall value. We analize tax appraisals annually and protest those evaluations we find out of line. We review your insurance policies to ensure that your coverage is adequate but also make sure that your are not overpaying.

Of course we cover the basics in management but are always incorporating the last procedures and technology to streamline operations. Tenants are able to pay online and owners are paid within days via ACH Wire transfers. Statements are delivered now online. We are open 7 days a week staffed with over 34 Realtors and deicated Leasing Agents. Maintenance requests are evaluated and ever dollar spent is maximized.
